A young girl is attracting attention from some of country music’s top stars, all due to her talent and courage in stepping up to achieve her dreams.

Josie Salvitti, an 11-year-old aspiring vocalist from Pittsburgh, PA, recently performed alongside Jelly Roll. This event took place on Tuesday, August 15, in Burgettstown, PA, at The Pavilion at Star Lake, as part of the rapper-turned-country star’s extensive Backroad Baptism Tour.

The young singer grabbed the microphone, filling in for Lainey Wilson, who was touring as a headliner, having performed in Atlanta, GA, at the State Farm Arena, and continuing on to Alabama. Stepping up, Salvitti delivered the lead vocals on Wilson’s segment of Jelly Roll’s “Save Me” from his newest album and country debut, WHITSITT CHAPEL.
