He was my best friend. Even when he got sick I never really believed that he would die… because I truly did think that he walked on water. I spent every second with him in the hospice when the doctors gave up… I wanted to say so much… but neither one of us could say a single word. I’d give anything to have one more day to say the things that I couldn’t. I held his hand and cried like a child as he took his last breath… I said it was ok for him to let go…but everything inside of me was begging him not to. I HATE that death is such a big part of life… I miss my friend more than words could ever express…
